As soon as your order leaves us, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.

How to track your order

1. Check your shipping confirmation email. Open the email titled "Your order is on the way" and click the tracking link.
2. Check your order status page. The link in your order confirmation email shows your order's latest status and tracking details.
3. Still can't find it? Check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us with your order number and we'll send your tracking details.

Delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) from dispatch.
• Shipping is free on every order within the United States.
