Ash and Purl is an online store operated by Aurelle Group Pty Ltd (ABN 74 702 546 745, ACN 702 546 745), whose business address is 207/8 Elgin Street, Carlton, VIC, 3053, Australia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Aurelle Group Pty Ltd trading as Ash and Purl.
Using this site
You may use this site to browse and shop for your own personal use. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. Please don't misuse the site: don't interfere with how it works, try to access areas you're not meant to, or use it for anything unlawful.
Products and prices
We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors can look different from screen to screen, and small differences in measurements are normal. All prices are in US dollars (USD). We may change prices and the range at any time, but changes don't affect orders we have already accepted.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in a price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
Payment
You pay at checkout using one of the methods listed in our payment policy.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to the United States. Processing and delivery times are set out in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates.
Returns and refunds
You can return items under our returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Promotions
Discount codes and offers may have their own conditions, which we show with the offer.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics and the Ash and Purl name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Relationship with Shopify
Ash and Purl is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Ash and Purl. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Ash and Purl, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Ash and Purl.

Checkout, payment and order tracking on this site are provided with the help of third-party services. Links to other websites are there for convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content.
Our liability
We are responsible to you for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
