Shipping policy
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. That isn't a promotion. It's how we do things. Here is how delivery works.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, including PO Boxes. We don't currently ship to other countries.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are picked, checked and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
A business day is Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start processing on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order has shipped, delivery takes 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday). Remote and rural addresses can sit toward the upper end of that range.
If your order is late leaving us
If your order hasn't shipped within 3 business days, email us with your order number and we'll check on it for you.
Tracking your order
Your shipping email includes a tracking link, and you can look up your order at any time on our Track your order page. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first update, and carriers don't scan every checkpoint, so short gaps are normal.
Delivery address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you give us and can't redirect a parcel once the carrier has it. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped.
Delays, lost and missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your shipping email, email us with your order number and we'll trace it with the carrier.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered and you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building's mail room, then get in touch and we'll take it up with the carrier.
